Polite and punctual 10/20/2015

This was our first time working with Video City, they did some TV wiring for us. They were very punctual, and came when they said they would be there. They were very careful to be clean about everything. They had to do some drilling to fit some things, and they even brought in a vacuum to clean up the dust. Everyone, especially John, was very courteous, nice, and professional. The price was definitely fair for the work that they did and the manner in which they conducted themselves. They also made sure to verify that we were pleased with the service, which we were. We would definitely call them again. more

Very good experience! 10/12/2015

We had a very good experience with Video City. This was my first time using them and I'm going to recommend them. I didn't know the procedure to get our dish network working in our mobile home and they fixed my problem. They did everything! They're very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. We took our mobile home to them and they programmed the entire system for me. Now it works great. They were very clear, professional, friendly and polite. They solved my problem. more

Very Helpful. 9/3/2015

The folks from Video City have been very polite, professional, and accessible. We have been camping with the equipment they provided us in a heavily wooded area and had a couple of issues with reception. They answered all our questions, and made sure we had their cell phone numbers as well as their normal phone so that we could get in touch if anything else came up! more

Excellent Service 7/6/2015

Video City put in a satellite dish for us. We have a brand new motor home, and our dealer recommended them. They did a fine job and explained everything to us. They were fair. They told us they would be here on Monday, but they came on a Tuesday because they were busy. My only complaint is that they did not call us to tell us they would be late. The service was fine and the price was comparable. more

I've been using Video City's satellite service for less than a week, but so far it's been perfect. They came out, installed a satellite receiver I picked up through the dealership, and haven't had any problems. more

Finished everything in timely manner 5/5/2015

We have a brand new motor home coach. We were having problems with what they installed, so we called Video City per their recommendation. They finished everything in a timely manner. They fixed the problem, and everything was good. more

Excellent job! 4/7/2015

I moved into a senior living facility, and Video City came out and hooked up my dish. I had two TVs, and he made them work the way I wanted. He also switched around where one used to be in the bedroom and into the living room. He did everything I asked, and in a short amount of time. He also cleaned up his mess. He did an excellent job! more

Good job on short notice 2/11/2015

New RV arrived with wrong satellite antenna. Some box install turned into completely different install. Install tech did quick and neat job. Very happy. Now need to learn how to work everything!! more

Video City installed a new satellite for us and were very professional and accommodating. Scheduling with them was a breeze and they took care of everything so that I didn't have to worry about a thing. The prices were great and everything went well. I would definitely recommend them. more

Excellent choice 2/10/2015

Video City was friendly and helpful. John the technician installed three different types of dish satellites in our televisions. He also helped me innovate a new Sony sound system in my main unit. He did extra things for me while doing them. My only complaint was that he wasn't that good about responding to emails in a timely manner. more

Video City is wonderful! The technician was professional and extremely knowledgeable of his work. He was courteous with us and knew what he was doing. He was simply a very charming, talented, and friendly man. One time I even saw him working on another house across the street. The company itself responded to our needs almost immediately and even finished the work in two days. more

Fantastic, above and beyond my expectations. 12/18/2014

This was my first time using Video City. They were amazingly flexible, in not only the pricing and sales process, but also in the tying up and installation of service. This was for an RV. They went above and beyond trying to match my schedule and timeline, and I was very unreasonable. I would not use anyone else to do this service in the Dallas area. more

Poor response to customer needs. 12/8/2014

I would not recommend Video City to others. After they got through and left, we could not get our TV antenna to work. We called them three times, and still have not gotten a response back. RESPONSE FROM Video City: Customer has been contacted and issue resolved. Was unaware he had one. more
