When your home has a lien for non payment and you sale your property; you will have to pay your outstanding bill before the it can close. Once you pay the final balance you will receive a lien release. It is your responsibility to take that lien to the court house. The business has already lost time and money over the unpaid invoice. There are always disgruntled customers in every business. It seems that when the customer is in the wrong, they cry the most. I would not take MJinSA review as truthful. \r
