We were not happy with Mike or Gene. They provided us with a list of deliverable's that were not met and billed for. When we contacted them about it - they admitted in an email, I have, that these items were not met. As an attempt to correct the situation they offered $5000.00 toward the next phase of work? What? How does that work? Then to make it worse we were contacted by the City of Los Angels that the work that Mike and Gene was not approved. So not only are we out our monies but the city filing and time. Mike and Gene have take to their Lawyers side and are claiming they delivered. If that was true - why would the city reject your work?
