At first I was told when I scheduled the appointment they said it'd be 45 minutes, but when I got there they said it'd be four hours, that's fine because I was dropping off anyway. However there were two recall notices for my vehicle, but when I brought it in, only one recall service was performed, so I was told I'd have to come back again. I had also asked for the interior to be vacuumed, but that wasn't performed either, instead I found oil spots on the top hood of my car. And finally, I was really unhappy that I was told an oil change was $31.00 over the phone, then was charged $37 at the end of my service. Customer service was good, it's just frustrating to be inconvenienced by two recalls (which weren't completed) and then everything else that proceeded.
