I pulled into the GG Hyundai dealership late on a Saturday afternoon, thinking I had damaged my vehicle while driving, making it unsafe to drive. Even though the service dept. was officially closed the service rep took my car and had a tech put it on a lift to inspect the undercarriage for damage. To my great relief, she brought it back out saying there was no damage. She understood my fear and their willingness to check my car and give an honest assessment that late in their workday, even though I purchased it somewhere else, now makes me a loyal customer for all future services.
