During this last heat wave my air condition was not keeping up cooling our home. Called Gilmore they sent out Chad, a technician, in less than an hour Chad had found the problem, he also checked out the whole system and gave it a clean bill of health. Chad explained all what he did and what needed to be replaced to fix the unit. Chad was very professional and knowledgeable of our unit. I have used Gilmore before and had the same experience with the responding technicians.\r
