Hometown Hero. I love local businesses that truly care about the work they do and the people they work with. These guys are all of that! My wife and I were expecting our first child a few weeks back and my wife wanted a dimmer in the baby room. I successfully bought one and installed it... It didn't work... nor did other rooms in the house after my handy work. I spent hours on it (I know I'm an idiot, I don't need any reminders). Long story short, the tech from John Moore Services went over and above to fit it. The technician was great about taking off his shoes (first time parents, you know why) and was very sweet to my wife. Good thing for them, our kiddo came a few weeks early! I highly recommend these guys.\r
