HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I wish i could give 0 stars. Cashiers are nice, parts fetchers are all incompetant and RUDE. Now for the real reason for this review, Took my bike there a week and a half ago. was told it would be done by friday, After never getting a call I HAD TO CALL THEM. I was then told it will be done monday AT THE LATEST. AGAIN I had to call them 5 o'clock monday guess what...I was told tuesday FOR SURE.....And I'm sure you can guess whats next. I had to call them AGAIN i was apologized too excuses made i couldn't even talk because the manager wouldn't shut up nor did he care about anything i had to say.SO here it is wednesday, you already know that i had to call them again. no answer literally. I drive there. Its finally ""done"". they rolled it out. COULDNT EVEN HELP ME LOAD IT INTO MY TRUCK. NEVER EVEN AN APOLOGY NOTHING NOT EVEN A FREE OIL CHANGE.\r
NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL I EVER TAKE ANYTHING HERE AGAIN. Do yourself a favor. go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else. Unbelievable
