HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I wish i could give 0 stars. Cashiers are nice, parts fetchers are all incompetant and RUDE. Now for the real reason for this review, Took my bike there a week and a half ago. was told it would be done by friday, After never getting a call I HAD TO CALL THEM. I was then told it will be done monday AT THE LATEST. AGAIN I had to call them 5 o'clock monday guess what...I was told tuesday FOR SURE.....And I'm sure you can guess whats next. I had to call them AGAIN i was apologized too excuses made i couldn't even talk because the manager wouldn't shut up nor did he care about anything i had to say.SO here it is wednesday, you already know that i had to call them again. no answer literally. I drive there. Its finally ""done"". they rolled it out. COULDNT EVEN HELP ME LOAD IT INTO MY TRUCK. NEVER EVEN AN APOLOGY NOTHING NOT EVEN A FREE OIL CHANGE.\r NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL I EVER TAKE ANYTHING HERE AGAIN. Do yourself a favor. go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else. Unbelievable more

Every time I come into this place I am blown away by the massive selection. It’s an awesome place to learn about motor vehicles if that is something you are interested in. Also they have a great sale going on right now for apparel. more

I'll be back 12/27/2011

While the exceptionally friendly mechanic did an annual inspection on my bike, a salesman came out and visited with me about the bikes. There was no pressure; it was just guys talking about bikes which I thought was very cool. more

Whether is for parts, service or even sales I always shop at South Bay. The guys on staff really care not only about their jobs, but their customers as well. Great crew 10/25/2011

I've been dealing with SBMS for many years, purchased several bikes from them and have always been treated like family. Myself and my fellow friend riders have always received great service and they stand by their work. I've never had any problems with workmanship, parts dept, or attitude. Great crew in this shop it shows. more

Go and take a look at Southbay Motorsports. There is no store with a more friendly or knowledgeable staff than this in the county, and their variety and selection is second to none. They exist to serve San Diego's need for power sports. Well, my need for power sports. Talk to randy he is super great and really knowledgeable about their inventory. more

Prices are second to none. The parts counter knows their job. I get all my parts here. Anything that a motorcycle and cycle rider needs. The apparel department is by far the best and they make sure you get what you need and that it fits properly. Always ready to help. more
