My dog recently suffered a severe allergic reaction while in the care of Kennelwood at Page and Lindbergh. I signed my dog up for a service that the site says includes ""24-hour continuous care and housekeeping services."" However, for THREE days, not ONE employee at this facility noticed that my dog was in agony. My poor dog scratched himself red and raw for days. That is unacceptable. If I were contacted sooner by an employee at the boarding facility, an intervention could've been made, and my dog could've been spared some of his agony. I had to rush my dog to an emergency vet after picking him up.\r

As if the lack of care wasn't bad enough, I called the Page and Lindbergh location for any details about my dog's stay. I was told that the system was down and I would be contacted as soon as it was running again. I never received a follow-up call.\r

I am so disappointed in the quality of care at Page and Lindbergh. If this experience is any indication of the services provided here, this ""resort"" should be closed.
