My mother called the Cleveland, TN store this morning to get a replacement part. The man that answered the phone was rude to her, so I called back after repeated times someone finally answered. I told the man the problem that had occurred and he then replied oh the woman with the bad attitude I already helped her. I then said no you didn't she needs to know where the model number is at. So I asked for corporate number and then he replied I own l and b appliance. I was amazed and shocked at the same time that the owner of a store would conduct business like that. I told him there is always someone over him and he said no, last time I checked people that own that much of a business don't work in their own stores he said he owned TN and GA stores. VERY RUDE I would rather pay full price at Lowes with good customer service and help. We called Lowes got the part ordered with no snide remarks and it cost less than what l and b had later quoted my brother.
