I called Phil after 8:00pm on a hot, august Saturday night. Having come home to a dead air conditioner, my family and I thought we were in for a miserable muggy night.
Phil said he'd be out in about 35 minutes... Remember this is a Saturday night!! He arrived as scheduled and in less than 20 minutes had the unit up and working.
Phil gave excellent instructions on some things I can do to maintain the unit and get better life out if it.
I can't imagine a better experience. Thank you Phil!
