A neighbor gave me their name when my ac went out last summer. response time was fantastic. Problem fixed and costs was reasonable. This past January when so cold, my heater went out and I was usung just the heat strips. Service tech came out after hours and he and I were able to fix the issue. I had three propane heaters going outside by the units just to stay warm. Problem was fixed and I had heat. I have given their name to several neighbors and have only heard positive feedback. They are the one company I trust with their suggestions on what it will take to fix and costs-I do not get that rip off feeling I had with my previous company that I had on a maintenance contract. great company you can trust!! more

Phil was very thorough in checking the AC unit. Phil was very detailed in explaining to me the issue with the unit. I will use Phil again. I would also recommend Phil to anyone. more

I have been so pleased with the service I've received, over the past couple of years, with Georgia Spec. When I call them they are there quickly to fix my problem. I feel they are honest and trust them completely. I have recommended Georgia Spec to friends and anyone else who askes about HVAC service. On a scale from 1-10 I give them an 11!! more

I called Phil after 8:00pm on a hot, august Saturday night. Having come home to a dead air conditioner, my family and I thought we were in for a miserable muggy night. Phil said he'd be out in about 35 minutes... Remember this is a Saturday night!! He arrived as scheduled and in less than 20 minutes had the unit up and working. Phil gave excellent instructions on some things I can do to maintain the unit and get better life out if it. I can't imagine a better experience. Thank you Phil! more
