Today my wife went to the shop to speak with them regarding taking sewing and monogramming classes. My wife recently bought a used monogramming machine online and hoped to make some extra money monogramming baby clothing while she stays at home with our new baby. When she spoke with the co-owner Dave and told him that she already had a machine he said that he refused to give her classes or any assistance in any way. In fact, he said that if she ever had any problems with the machine he was the only Brother dealer in the area and he would refuse to help her. My wife was so upset that she cried because of the way that Dave spoke to her. After speaking with Dave myself and explaining that we can not afford the $800 machine he sells, he stated that he has to make money and he wont help anyone who wont buy a machine from him.
