I called and asked for a service technician on Sunday morning. I was told that it would be after lunch before someone could get to me. I asked if there was any way they could get here sooner since we had dinner guests coming at 6pm. I was told they would check and call back. Within 5 minutes they called back and told me someone would be there between 11am and 11:30am. \r
Robert Sparks came and quickly solved our problem. He also gave us a few pointers on ways we could improve performance of our water heater, garbage disposal and overall plumbing systems.\r
He was extremely polite and very knowledgable of his trade. \r
Although we don't want to have more plumbing problems, if we do, we would welcome Robert as our technician.\r
I also liked the fact that we didn't pay a service call amount as another service had quoted. We only paid for the work done.
