Unit hasn't been working right since it was put in my friends house, their was a leak and the unit had to be completely shut down since Saturday and the warranty worker will be here to maybe fix between 2-5 on Tuesday , FYI my friend whom purchased the brand new unit is A senior 69+ in age, and it's been very warm ! Not exceptable Gilmore ! Continued from Tuesday ,Aug 5th !! It is now August 8th almost 4:00pm, no service guy out yet ,however we called Aug 7th and they had the part to fix the AC Unit when we called , this Unit was put in in May! It doesn't work and Gilmore doesn't provide adequit , timely service to Seniors! So unprofessional and neglatient to the elderly, I am really disappointed in this business !
