I have had the worst experience trying to order online with Home Depot. I ordered a 3 tiered water fountain and a Martha Stewart Patio set. I received the water fountain and the base was cracked all along one side. When I called the manufacturer I was told I had to package it all back up and take it back to the store. I had destroyed the packaging because the flyer in the box says - "do not take back to store - Call us at this number." I used the base broken and faced that side to the back. Very frustrating.\r

The second piece of the order was a $900 patio set. I went into the store twice to get status. Once they said it would be here soon. When I didn't receive it, I went back in to the store. They called for me again and I was told that someone would call me within 24 hours to answer my questions. That was days ago. I still have not heard anything.\r
