I was even concerned that he was too down to earth. After he stated that they do free diagnostics, I went straight to the shop and met Ray in person. He was very professional and very informative. Took my car right in, performed a diagnostic, told me what was wrong and said that my tranny definitely needed to be repaired. He also stated that my torque converter might be shot but that he wouldn't know until they performed a different test. Anyway, skipping ahead, he gave me a quote for repair costs and the cost was acceptable to me. But I told him that I will like to do the repair but couldn't that same day. Since I needed the car (the car was half working). At which he said that he would get me a rental from the local Enterprise at no cost to me. Just awesome! Isn't this the best customer service or what I was thinking?
