I usually love the service at National car rental as i use them for all our company business rental. This last rental, i noticed a few ants when i was driving out of the gate, and once i got on the freeway, i noticed a lot of ants are in the car. I was in a hurry to get to a business meeting and thus did not have time to turn back and switch my car. This is a surprise to me and made my driving experience horrible. When i returned the car, when the guy open the driver door, he noticed there were lots of ants on the bottom of the door, what a surprise. Be sure to check your car before you leave the gate even if you are in a hurry. \r
Other than this bug situation, their service is great, and they make it very easy for you to get in and get out.
