Under no circumstances will I or my family take our cars here EVER AGAIN! I made an appointment early in the week online and was given a response to my questions regarding the state inspection. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time, was checked in and went to wait. An hour later my car still hadn't moved, I asked how much longer before they inspected my car and he told me at least an hour to an hour and a half. I immediately got up took my keys back and left. Far and away the most unprofessional behavior regarding an appointment system. The front desk man told me you are unable to make appointments for state inspection, yet I did online and in their comments they didn't tell me that was a problem, nor did he inform me of the wait time when I walked in. I am beyond livid with the treatment and carelessness of their customers. I made an appointment for a reason and went to great lengths to be there on time and planned my day around this. I would strongly encourage you to take your business anywhere else in Charlottesville than here.

No one likes to hear that you failed the most important part of our business, you our customer. While we never like to find we failed you, with out your help we can not fix it. It seems we had a break down in communication between our store and the electronic appointment setting system. I do apologize that it happened to you and thank you for bringing it to our attention. I do hope that you will allow us the opportunity to fix our failure and regain your trust and earn your business again.
