I was 300 miles away from home when my transmission went out near Clarksville, IN. Someone at a nearby business recommended that I call Mr. Transmission on Lewis & Clark Pkwy. I'm so glad that I did!!!!! I could not have asked for better service!!!! Everyone there provided excellent service and they went above and beyond my expectations.....The owner made sure that I didn't go hungry or thirsty. He even made several calls looking for a "non transmission related part", had it delivered and installed it for me so I would not get in trouble with the DOT (he did this without being asked). He had so much wisdom to offer me along with extreme kindness. The manager and all of the other office employees talked and made me feel welcome as I waited. The transmission specialists worked NON stop (I could see them through the window) to make sure that I got home as quickly as possible. I will FOREVER be grateful for the outpouring of kindness and 1st Class work on my transmission! Thanks again, You're New Alabama Friend & #1 Fan "Cindy"
