I consigned some clothes there last year and everything went well. At the time I brought the clothes in, I did not have an appointment and was told I did not need one. A few weeks ago, I went in to consign some items and was told that I needed an appointment. I asked about the next day and was told that there was nothing available for about a week. I was leaving town so that would not work. I mentioned that to the clerk who just shrugged. There was no effort to apologize never mind working out another time. I don't have time for places that change the rules. I decided they must not need new stock so I will not consign with them anymore.
