The worst!! I've had an on going battle with them for 8 years. They claim I have unpaid and late fees on my association dues. I have never been late nor have I ever missed a payment. I have called them more times than I can count. You get VM or someone telling you your call will be returned. Calls are never returned. All I get is a statement ledger in the mail telling me to pay up! I received a letter from them 2 days ago stating if I didn't pay within 30 days I will be taken to court and have to pay THEIR attorneys fees! I say ""bring it on!"" Take me to court...please!! That way things will finally be solved and they will be the ones looking like complete idiots! Pay their attorneys fees? They can kiss my A$$!!!
