I have dealt with Hillcrest directly for the last 4 years, while serving as Board President & Treasurer. During that time, I've worked with 3 different Property Managers and their President. The service is HORRIBLE - starting at the top with their Management. Hillcrest will do the bare minimum as required by their contract, for you!!
They provide incorrect budgets and wrong accounts receivable information, along with continously dodging responsibility for day-to-day service and repairs. Whether it was roof repairs, ceiling leaks, hot water issues, parking complaints, or lawn care - they will repeatedly not answer phone calls, emails or texts! So you almost always have to handle these problems by yourself. At one point, we were left without financial updates for six months! Believe the bad reviews and do not hire them!!!
