Refrigerator is not fixed, we are out all the money, and the bill keeps going up. Provider unwilling to stand behind service.\r

Very courteous phone personnel, very poor overall service. We are nearly $500 and 4 weeks in to a refrigerator repair and were initially told that it would require another $50 part, which has now increased to an additional $180 part. \r

Perhaps Mr Appliance is competent on very standard, low end appliances, but I would not trust them an LG, Bosch or the like.
