Mr Appliance of Tyler does not stand behind its service, nor its commitment to customer service. We have had an ongoing issue for 6+ weeks. The office staff committed to get back with us 2 weeks ago, and we have head nary a peep... suggest you keep looking for another provider.\r

Very courteous phone personnel, very poor overall service. We are nearly $500 and 46weeks in to a refrigerator repair and were then told that it would require another $50 part, which has now increased to an additional $180 part. \r

Perhaps Mr Appliance is competent on very standard, low end appliances, but I would not trust them an LG, Bosch or the like. \r
