I've used Allied Services in the last 3 or 4 years. They service my air conditioner and furnace as needed. Recently, they came out for a spring pre-tune and pre-check on the air conditioner. Everything was fine, but the reason I rated them 3 stars was because I don't like the idea of them not giving me a time for when they will show up. They'll say between 1-4 or 1-5, and I have other things I could be doing in that time. The service is fine, but I don't appreciate having to wait for them.
