This was my first quick and painless home repair ever! I noticed that my outside faucet burst over the winter when I tried to use my garden hose. It was leaking into my finished basement. I looked online on Saturday for a plumber and could not find one near me. I decided to try Roto Rooter just to see what they would charge. The call center said the earliest they had was Sunday between 8am and 11am. I asked if there was an extra charge for a Sunday and was told no. On Sunday the plumber was delayed and I did receive a from the call center to let me know this. She stated she would call again when he was about a half hour away. And she did just that. The plumber looked at my problem, gave me a list price for the repair and I asked when he would be back out. He laughed and said, oh I can do that repair right now. I said awesome and lets do it. An hour later he was done and everything worked great. I was given a 1 year warranty on the repair. The price was a little higher then I expected, but in the end I was satisfied because it was repaired less than 24 hours from when I noticed it and I di not have to wait for another day to get the work done. I would use this service again, but I hope I do not make the same mistake again with my garden hose and winter in Chicago. LOL
