Yes the one thing that gets me the most when I was there is I looked on the TV and saw where the labor was 110.00 a hour. (that’s OK)
My car was in for 60,000 check and I had it there at 7:45 for an 8am appointment and left at around 8:15 – I was asked about getting extra things that I didn’t feel should have been extra.’
She said first (at 9:30am when she called) that my brakes were down to 5mm but didn’t tell me what that mint as how far it would last or they were shot and could go out at any time. Then after that she talked about a brake line flush ($99.00) which I think should come with a 60,000 mile $238.00 brake Job.
So with the extra work done (Brake Job and Flush)and the 60,000 check was over it only took 3.5 hours With a wash (30mins for wash because I had to waited before) and that is great. (Right)
The labor charge was 471.00 for 3 hours work and I really don’t want to hear it about pro- rated Jobs. We are talking Time and Money.
My bill was the same as three car payments.
900.00 could have been an trade option for a new car.
Also when I got the bill you over charged 34.00 that I found that she had to take off.
