I decided that I wanted to buy a new car and I was very interested in purchasing a Hyundai, but I was a little unsure of which car I wanted. As soon as I drove up I was greeted by a young lady named Michelle. I will admit, I was a little nervous about speaking with a salesperson but Michelle made my experience as painless as I could imagine it ever being. She was very easy to get along with, extremely knowledgeable and really made me feel at home. She didn't pressure me into anything, but instead gave me the information I needed to make my own decision. She began asking me questions to try and figure out which car would be a perfect fit for me. After recommending a few cars we decided that the Sonata was the best fit for me. There were a few different Sonata's available, Michelle explained the differences very thoroughly and helped me narrow down my decision until I decided exactly which Sonata I wanted. We then went inside, she offered me a drink and got the process started. I expected to be at the dealership for quite a while but instead I was driving off the lot in my brand new Sonata before I knew it. This is my third experience with a dealership and my first with Fort Mill Hyundai and I must say, this was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I've been driving my new Sonata for almost a week and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will gladly recommend Fort Mill Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new car.
