had to go to New Orleans for a business trip at the convention center but found the French Quarter to be too pricey for my budget. Our room was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable and well stocked with comfy pillows. Breakfast buffet was good as was the attendant who kept the tables clean and food stocked til the last minute. We ate in the bar one night and had a very nice meal. Met both bartenders during our stay and they were both very friendly and attentive. We used the free shuttle to the ferry twice and both shuttle drivers gave us some insight into the devastation that Katrina inflicted on the area. The hotel is in a safe and convenient location to get anywhere you want to be.
