I've been going to Schneller Bmw for nine or ten years. When I first went to them, I was coming from a dealer who had not been honest with me. Mike Morris was willing to go through all my previous records from the dealer, and he did a full examination of the car to give me recommendations. That initial service he did literally out of the goodness of his heart. I could easily have taken his recommendations and gone somewhere else to get the work done.
I have an older car, and I asked him how much I could expect to pay in repairs on a yearly basis. He was right on! He did that estimation for five or six years, and it's just been excellent. The car runs well, and Mike has gone above and beyond a number of times. We're in a rural area, so when repairs were needed when my husband was out of town, Mike was able to bring me back and forth. Once, when my car died at the bottom of a very, very long driveway, Mike and his mechanic came right over to figure out what was wrong.
Mike is the best mechanic I've ever worked with in my life! I've found him to be honest, and I've found that he works with you. I know he's worked with other people as far as what they needed for transportation or budgeting for the service. His chief mechanic, Brian, is one of the nicest guys I've ever met! I would give them six stars for their customer service if I could! I've worked with all kinds of cars and mechanics, and I know more about cars than a lot of people. And frankly, I've kept my car longer than I would have because I can rely on a mechanic who takes care of it so well!
