I would absolutely recommend Schneller BMW. Going to his garage is like walking into a German BMW shop that's meticulously clean. Mike specializes in high-end vehicles and does a great job of taking care of my 15-year-old Beamer that requires special care. He makes sure that it runs right and is getting the right care. I've never seen a mechanic hold a stethoscope up to a car engine to see what's wrong until going to Mike. He runs a very nice operation at his shop which is small and personable. He's there all of the time and is right on top of everything. I've always had very good service from him and he's kept my car up and running well on the road. I definitely feel like his work is worth every penny and that every job is done right. I definitely recommend him. more

I went to Schneller BMW for some internal engine issues on my car. He was able to diagnose and fix my car. He was very thorough. It was a carbon build-up problem with the piston ring. They are polite and professional. more

I've been going to Schneller Bmw for nine or ten years. When I first went to them, I was coming from a dealer who had not been honest with me. Mike Morris was willing to go through all my previous records from the dealer, and he did a full examination of the car to give me recommendations. That initial service he did literally out of the goodness of his heart. I could easily have taken his recommendations and gone somewhere else to get the work done. I have an older car, and I asked him how much I could expect to pay in repairs on a yearly basis. He was right on! He did that estimation for five or six years, and it's just been excellent. The car runs well, and Mike has gone above and beyond a number of times. We're in a rural area, so when repairs were needed when my husband was out of town, Mike was able to bring me back and forth. Once, when my car died at the bottom of a very, very long driveway, Mike and his mechanic came right over to figure out what was wrong. Mike is the best mechanic I've ever worked with in my life! I've found him to be honest, and I've found that he works with you. I know he's worked with other people as far as what they needed for transportation or budgeting for the service. His chief mechanic, Brian, is one of the nicest guys I've ever met! I would give them six stars for their customer service if I could! I've worked with all kinds of cars and mechanics, and I know more about cars than a lot of people. And frankly, I've kept my car longer than I would have because I can rely on a mechanic who takes care of it so well! more

I had an excellent experience using Schneller BMW. The staff was very attentive and were able to keep in the loop throughout the entire repair. They gave me all fo the necessary information on how much things would cost and what exactly needed to be fixed, etc. I appreciated Mike's level of professionalism and how easy he made the process. I also like supporting local businesses and found the rest of his staff very knowledgeable. They were able to fix an ongoing problem with my vehicle that no other mechanics have been able to resolve. Mike from Schneller Bmw has provided a variety of services for me over the years on multiple cars. The most recent one was for a 2001 BMW Z-3 and a Coup that I use for high performance driving events at the track. I was running into problems with the suspension and they way it sat. It needed some adjustments and to be rebalanced to eliminate the problem. I was under a very tight window and only had a few days to work with. Mike was able to get the work done within a day or so and solved the problem. It's exactly what I needed. more

Schneller Bmw recently fixed an oil leak on my 2004 X3 and gave a really good explanation of the problem and the estimate for fixing everything before they do anything. more

took my car there to be repaired. did a lousy job on the suspension put the rear brace in backwards. put in one tie rod, changed the tranny fluid, to the tune of $4000. swould not recomend hi at all. took it back when it did not ride correct. Mike seemed nervous, after going to a good quality mech, I new why he was nervous talking to me. NEVER GO THERE. more

My '06 325xi had electronics problems that were quickly and accurately diagnosed and fixed. Tons of explanations about the problem from Mike. I came back later for help connecting my Bluetooth phone and spent an hour just talking BMW. I'll be using them for everything on this, my first BMW, from oil change to major mechanical issues. more

I have dealt with Mike Morris directly and he has been just great and handy with me. He changes the synthetic oil and does miner tunes for my car. He has also replaced a broken part for me and he handled it nicely. It was in the front suspension and the timeliness of the repair and (as well as the tuneups) is always great. They did an oil change, performed a car diagnostic, and did a couple of small repairs, which were not serious but labor intensive. Everything was great, but I found the price to be a little expensive. RESPONSE FROM Schneller Bmw: Unfortunately, BMWs are technically sophisticated cars requiring specialized equipment & highly trained technicians for their repair. Given this, they will never be inexpensive to fix. We strive to deliver dealer level repair services at a price that is less than the dealer.
