Our experience with Hot Springs was the worst. No communication, no honesty and over all poor installation of our new vinyl liner. We picked the slow season for the replacement so that we would be able to open our pool on time in the spring. The job started in Oct and ended in April when all was completed. \r

The utter lack of communication was beyond belief. No response to repeated calls and emails. Finally had to go the their store to get some action and answers to questions. \r

If I ran my business the way they do, I would be out of business. Mr. Janosky says he has over 25 years experience. In what I do not know. It certainly is not customer service. The owner Jim Riggs, is not any better. \r

AVOID HOT SPRINGS POOLS AND SPAS AT ALL COSTS!
