Do NOT use this company. HORRIBLE customer service. Very unprofessional, lazy and useless. \r They have left our pool with hundreds of dollars in damages. It's been three weeks since they came out to clean it--they poured in some chemicals, took the filter system apart and left promising to be back. It took SEVERAL unreturned phone calls to get someone else out. This person did nothing except act creepy, try to sell me a new filter and again promise to be back the next day. No sign of anyone. No returned phone calls again. The pool is worse than ever and it will cost over $800 to get it repaired and cleaned. And our filter is still in pieces. \r \r 5/2014 more

Our experience with Hot Springs was the worst. No communication, no honesty and over all poor installation of our new vinyl liner. We picked the slow season for the replacement so that we would be able to open our pool on time in the spring. The job started in Oct and ended in April when all was completed. \r \r The utter lack of communication was beyond belief. No response to repeated calls and emails. Finally had to go the their store to get some action and answers to questions. \r \r If I ran my business the way they do, I would be out of business. Mr. Janosky says he has over 25 years experience. In what I do not know. It certainly is not customer service. The owner Jim Riggs, is not any better. \r \r AVOID HOT SPRINGS POOLS AND SPAS AT ALL COSTS! more

Outstanding spas with first class service. Technicians were helpful and very professional. I can't say enough about how wonderful the gang at hot springs is!! more

We've built and owned pools in 3 different houses, none purchased from Hot Springs, and all fraught with issues. Our dealings on this our latest pool purchased from Matt, Jim and everyone at Hot Springs Pools has been first rate. Building a custom home is not an easy task, and frankly deciding on which pool to install, actually having the pool installed as requested and up to standards was the easiest thing we experienced. Hot Springs is a first rate organization!\r \r There was no sales pressure, Matt treated us fairly and was most helpful in working around our construction schedule. We would HIGHLY recommend Hot Springs Pools and Spas to anyone out there! more

I guess this is the only store in its area that sells pools and hottubs and actually has a showroom. I bought an expensive hottub there and had many problems with the cover and rain. It was literally rotting and falling apart on top of the hottub. This was after only a year of owning it. The store wouldn't help at all. I had to do a TON of calling to the manufacturer and hassling to get any help at all.\r \r The guy that owns the store used to be a pro football player and he has pictures of himself all over the store. I would stay away from here unless you are looking to throw money into a black hole. PROS: Only store of its kind in this area. CONS: Monay drain. more
