Lazy and dishonest employees\r

We were given a time frame for a fridge to be delivered to our apartment. Two hours before the time frame we got a call from the delivery truck driver saying they needed to deliver the fridge right then. We told them we weren't able to be at our home at that time, and so we were told by the delivery drivers that they would not deliver the fridge - because we couldn't get to our place two hours before they told us to be there. We called best buy and they made the delivery men wait until the window. The guys arrived at the scheduled time but were noticeably disgruntled and proceeded to lie to me about the measurements of our stair case (saying it was 29 inches) and refused to deliver the fridge. We called and scheduled a re-delivery and the next guy that came measured the stair case at 34 inches and was able to deliver the fridge just fine. \r

Basically it seemed like the first delivery guys were only interested in finishing their day early no matter the cost to the customer. And they went so far as to lie to get out of work. \r

After this experience my husband and I will definitely not be purchasing any more of the electronics we need for our new apartment from best buy.
