I had the pleasure of renting a 15 passenger van from Empire Rent A Car for May 16, 2014. This was the second time, I rented from this company and I must say, I was exceptionally pleased with the service. Gloria was so kind, patient, understanding and so professional. She listened to my concerns and was able to provide me with a great deal for my rental. In this day and age, great customer service is everything and Gloria has exemplified that. She is an outstanding worker and I look forward to working with her again in the near future. I would also like to extend my deepest appreciation and gratitude to the staff at the Gunhill location where I picked up the van. Jonathan and Ray are great.
