Kelly's team diagnosed my limping Tundra, and then researched that the malfunctioning part was under recall from Toyota and that the warranty had been extended to 150,000 miles. Kelly directed me to the dealer, whom he had already spoken with, for warranty repair, saving me thousands in repair cost. They could have EASILY failed to send me to the dealer and charged me. ANOTHER reason i have had Kelly service my vehicles for over 12 years!- and will continue to do so.
