I don't recommend anyone to use there Taylor & Sons service. Eric the owner is a very rude man, with a very short temper and nasty attitude. He was very rude and disrespectful to me. He curse me out and called me a bitch. Little do he know, he was on speaker and his workers heard everything! It was so bad, his workers had to apologize to me on there boss behalf for the way he behaved over the phone. That's not customer service skills or the way you should treat your customer. This is the WORST moving experience I've ever had. Don't be fooled by Eric at the beginning. As soon as he get your credit card information that's when his true color show and the evilness comes out.
