I was enthusiastically received, and the service people seemed ready and willing to solve my problem. Did a great job of explaining of what was being done and then what needed to be done.My only beef was in the check out. I handed over the wrong debit card, did not enter a pin or anything, she reversed the charge then I immediately handed over my credit card. my debit account did not get the credit until Tuesday.This cause a great deal of un-necessary problems. This is caused by the financial institutions, not by the service staff, but it still slightly soured my experience
