This is in response to Marybeth S.'s review: We are terribly sorry that you had a bad experience with us and your hair cut was not up to par for you. We have reached out to you to rectify the situation at absolutely no charge to you. We have been in business for over 30 years, and take all of our clients reviews to heart. As far as turnover with staff, we are a service industry, and unfortunately we hired several stylists, over the last two years, who turned out to not be good fit here with us and left without warning, it was out of our hands. We have a great team now and apologize again for any inconvenience to you or your husband.
