We discovered Cassio after taking our dog to several other kennels in the area and being unhappy with them. We've been taking her to Cassio for about 5 years and were very happy with them up until recently.\r

The last 2x we have kenneled her with them, we've experienced quite a change (for the worse) in their customer service.\r

They were supposed to have their groomer bathe her, give her a full summer trim and clip her nails. The groomer only bathed her, but they billed us for all of the services. When I told them about the discrepency, they became rude, treated us like we were trying to get something for nothing, despite me asking them to either remove the charges or perform the services. They chose to perform the services, but still treated us rudely.\r

The next time we kenneled her with them, when my husband went to pick her up (45 minutes prior to their cut off time), the staff were incredibly rude to him, despite him waiting patiently as others came in to collect their pet
