Ragsdale installed my heating and air when Ibuilt my house 101/2 years ago. The coil went out on my Trane and after much consultation I decided to replace the unit. The entire experience went well. Chris Haralson was the consultant and he was outstanding. Not only did he honor the discount he proposed in September, he discussed 12 month interest free financing and walked me through everything. The techs, Brent and Jacob, were also outstanding. They were on time and completed the job in 3 hours. They removed all debris. I havealot of landscape in the area where the replacement needed to become. They were extremely cafeful and ion one week you can't even tell they were there!This company is a 10. Excellent and professional customer service!!!!
