Recently moved out of a house that was rented through them and had a horrible experience. The walk through they told me I had to pay 100.00 for cleaning service and even after they told me the owners were replacing the carpet that I did not need to steam clean the carpets changed their minds the last day so they charged me for that also. Three days after the walk through thinking I only had to pay for the above services they have taken the total$950.00 deposit saying that I broke the fence, even though I called them many, many, many times to have it repaired because it was broken to begin with!!! Do not rent from this company they will not return calls, or have the issues repaired in any kind of timely manner.
