Coldwell Banker

Recently moved out of a house that was rented through them and had a horrible experience. The walk through they told me I had to pay 100.00 for cleaning service and even after they told me the owners were replacing the carpet that I did not need to steam clean the carpets changed their minds the last day so they charged me for that also. Three days after the walk through thinking I only had to pay for the above services they have taken the total$950.00 deposit saying that I broke the fence, even though I called them many, many, many times to have it repaired because it was broken to begin with!!! Do not rent from this company they will not return calls, or have the issues repaired in any kind of timely manner. more

We have used Coldwell Banker a few times. We purchased our first home through them and then we actually ended up selling our first home and buying our second with their assistance as well. We enjoy working with their agents. They have done a great job for us! more

Our realtor was very kind and helpful. She did an excellent job providing us information in a timely manner which helped make or transaction go smooth. more

They were very attentive to what I was looking for. While working with the company I was put at ease because they had great advice and direction. I could tell they were confident being able to find what I was looking for and they did. more

The deal that was negotiated was more than what I expected it to be. The agent was very communicative and I believe her great communication and expertise is the reason why we got the house we wanted. We really appreciated everything she did for us when many of the services were not required but she did them anyways. more

We recently moved out of a house that we had rented for three years through Coldwell Banker SSK's property management division.I would not recommend this company to anybody in the area, go with an individual or another company. They rent houses owned by other agents in the office, such as our house, owned by Trinette Rosales. Lots of issues with Coldwell not wanting to take responsibility for issues with the house, in part, I believe because it is owned by a fellow realtor. They would try to scare us into not reporting a problem because it "could" be our fault and they would not cover the cost of repairs then. Well, it was never our fault. more

I know I have said it before Laura, but you are probably the best agent we have ever worked with. I know this was the first home we ever bought, but we were looking for 6 months in NC and did have an agent. We have also heard horror stories from our friends and family. You always made us feel like we were your most important clients. I never felt like I couldn't call you. Honestly, you made it simple for us. I truly expected it to be much more difficult than it truly was. You worked so hard and you were SO HONEST about everything. You were also very sincere and really cared what happened to us! You are a rare\r find! I feel as though I found a new friend! Also, I didn't expect for you to still call, email and care after we closed, but you have been there asking questions and following up on things when I know that other agents would have just either ignored us or probably said that there isn't anything you can do....all of this and you even knew I was a Gator Fan!!
