There is never a good time to have your hot water heater go out, especially on Friday night after the whole family has been playing tennis all day and covered w/sweat, bug spray and sunscreen. I placed a call for service that night and Service Technician Gary Petersen was at my house the next day with a comprehensive review of the issue and a plan to replace the unit. Thanks to his diligence and the response of everyone at LIMRIC we were back with hot water by Monday afternoon. The only delay in the process was the their supplier was closed on Saturday and Sunday, otherwise I am convinced we'd have had hot water Saturday evening. Outstanding service and incredibly professional...well done Gary and LIMRIC!
