I stored with Csi Mini Storage for five or six years at their Richmond location. They moved me in as part of a deal, first month free. The location is a kind of strange, industrial area. But they keep a good eye on everything, and they have good security.
The entire time I was there, they were quick to answer any questions I had. They were lenient on the bill collection, giving a 14 day window, which was kind of nice. Not that I always needed it, but it came in handy sometimes.
The only thing I had a little bit of trouble with was when they did renovations. They brought in other storage containers, and my stuff had to be moved to a new container. They did the moving, but my already confusing discombobulation of stuff got even more confusing. I'll forgive them for that though, since that was the only issue I ever had.
