We purchased a 3/4 Kennedy G1 Violin as a Christmas present for our 11 year old daughter. She had just started taking violin lessons after learning to play both piano and guitar. We wanted to give her a high quality instrument so she could grow with it in her musical pursuits. The Kennedy G1 fit our needs exactly. Our daughter, her middle school orchestra teacher and private lesson instructor (a lifelong violin professional with the city orchestra) were more than impressed with the violin. The quality, sound and appearance if of a much more expensive instrument. Kennedy was very helpful in advising us during the purchase process, made sure the violin shipped on time to arrive from Santa and followed up to make sure we were happy. When it is time for our daughter to move up to a 4/4 we will definitely return to Kennedy Violin for our next purchase.
