We used to love this place. We heard that there would be new owners and were excited to see what changes were made. We left this place that we loved so much because of the new management that was hired. The couple have yelled at the kids that are there, they yell at their staff, the female (I refuse to call her a lady) even yelled at a very old lady and made her cry. You can't speak with these people without them looking down on you, talking to you as if you are scum instead of customers. The fact that they yell at their staff, let alone in front of customers is pathetic. I have seen them scream at their customers as if they really hate them and hate what they are doing. I do not see this park lasting very long because they are pushing out all the customers faster than they can get new ones. The worst part is having the guy shine his flashlight in my windows. I understand security but what exactly are you going to find in my windows??? DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!
