apartments are old. coats and coats of paint on the walls.walls are paper thin.When the people upstairs walk around things on my walls shake and fall off. I can hear what the neighbours two units away are doing. It is over flowing with foreigners. and low income people who do not know how to practice good clean habits. They throw there trash in the streets. They pack 6-8 people in one apartment. Infested with vermin because of these dirty people. We have green mosquitoes in the winter and get eaten alive .the complex gets one water bill and then it it divided amongst the apartments SCAM! Heat and hot water are 'included' in the rent, but the heaters don't heat much. And the hot water is a joke. 1 minute of hot water from every 5 minutes of cold. The garage rental is expensive and they are old and the wood is rotting away. Getting the management to give a damn is like pulling teeth. I've been here a short time and can't wait to move!
